   To implement a three-day conference for the       

   Institute of People Management at Sun City to 

   increase membership.

   Responsibilities included:

  • Concept planning, coordination and implementation.

  • On-site registration and training of IPM staff to continue with registrations after the conference.

  • Welcome evening.

  • Exhibition networking evening.

  • Gala dinner.

  • Plenary and breakaway sessions.

  • To train internal IPM staff to implement and manage future conferences.

  • LM&P retained for 3 consecutive years.

  • Delegates Increased from 650 to 1 200.
